Your team doesn't want to become AI specialists.
They want to understand what it is and how it can help with their day to day. Once they spot their own needs, automating the tasks is my job.
How I work.
- 01Training, team by team, so everyone sees what AI can do and where it fits.
- 02We work together to pin down where to apply it for the biggest payoff.
- 03I build the automations and show your team how to use them day to day.
- 04I stay on month by month, keeping the system healthy and building what comes next.
I'll guide you the whole way.
With that support, your teams get better at AI little by little, and start spotting more and more worth automating. I’ll be right there to guide them, so we can take it up a level together.

Who I am.
- 15+ years building products across very different industries, the last 10 of them entirely on AI.
- Industrial Engineer from the UPC in Barcelona, with my final year at RWTH Aachen. I have worked as a researcher, a production manager and a plant director.
- I founded AIscope, medical AI for diagnosing malaria, and served as Head of AI at Exocad.
- ForgeLab is small on purpose: I run every project myself. When a job calls for specific expertise, I bring in people I trust and have worked with for years.
Frequently asked questions.
What exactly does ForgeLab do?
I train your team on AI, we find together where it actually adds value, I build the automations for you, and I stay on month by month to keep them running and build the next ones.
How is this different from a consultancy?
You won't get a PDF full of recommendations. The same person who trains your team is the one who builds the automations, and the one who picks up the phone six months later.
Does my team need to know about AI?
No, and that's the whole point. Nobody has to become an AI specialist or learn to code: it's enough to recognise when a day-to-day task can be asked for instead of done by hand.
How long until something is actually working?
The training runs as sessions, team by team. The first automations are usually in people's hands within days, not months.
What kind of company is this for?
Teams that repeat the same work over documents, data or email and suspect there's a better way to do it.
How do we start?
With a 30-minute call. You tell me how your team works and I'll tell you where I see the biggest room for improvement.
What shall we automate?
In a 30-minute call I'll understand your case and walk you through your potential to improve with AI.
